At the beginning of 2019, I found a RFQ from Greece which was looking for carbon steel coupling. Our main products are carbon steel coupling, pipe nipple, and stainless steel pipe nipples. I was very excited to see this inquiry. I was sure that the customer was very professional, because there was a detailed inquiry list attached including size, surface treatment, and quantity. This was a high quality enquiry on alibaba. Hence I replied him immediately both via alibaba and via email. At that time, our catalogue and brief introduction were sent to him. After two days, this client replied me and said they need some time more to make a decision. There was a hope and bright immediate. One week later, when I sent an email to follow-up, a good news came. They would like to purchase the carbon steel couplings from us! It is a wonderful beginning of our cooperation. We have built long-term and firm relationship with this client. And we have already become good friends.
